I am an educator and technologist dedicated to sustainability and zero waste initiatives. With over 20 years of experience in public education, I have a passion for teaching students about environmental issues and the impact of climate change. As an early adopter of educational technology in the classroom since 2008, I recognized the power of technology to increase access to education and enhance instruction.

I recently transitioned into higher education, working in the e-Learning department of a local community college. I combine my backgrounds in teaching and technology to help the college develop effective online and blended courses. Outside of my role in higher ed, I enjoy web development projects related to sustainability.

With decades of experience in education, a commitment to zero waste, and technical skills to develop online platforms, I am excited to contribute to the mission of Zero Waste Canada. I am eager to collaborate with others who are passionate about reducing waste across organizations and communities through educational initiatives enhanced by technology.
